Incredible selection of fresh seafood, including rockfish, uni, salmon, Chilean sea bass, and Baja grouper. They have all sorts of salts, sauces, and condiments, including everything you need to make sushi. Kelly was super helpful in showing us around and explaining some of the lesser found items like uni salt. A MUST for seafood lovers!

I’m surprised there are not a lot of people know this place. I mean, here is already pretty popular, but not as good as it should be. When I recommend Catalina Offshore on Little Red Book, it got over 2500 views in one day. People love to know where to buy the best seafood in San Diego, not only limited in supermarkets and Farmers markets. My husband and I always come here for fresh fishes, shellfish and uni! Yes I love Uni, here has the best price for the most fresh Uni. And we also brought some sashimi back, they are amazing too!

Hello from Michigan. I wanted to do a special gift for my family. Was searching around sources and found this was recommended on Reddit. Everyone loved the sushi grade products. My brother said it was the best uni he’s had! And it was frozen when shipped! Definitely recommend

I have eaten sushi for over 45 years. I have made my own sushi for over 30 years. The shipping was great and well packaged. I purchased the 3 types of salmon online. Also bought Escolar and Bluefin Toro. Two of the center cut salmons were dry, lacking salmon flavor. The Mt. Cook SAIKOU salmon had good flavor, but mixed with bones and some veins. The Escolar lacked flavor. Bought 3 portions of TORO. Two were blood filled with veins throughout. The other portion had a rind that had to be cut off. See picture. At over $100 a pound, that was not proper. Do not expect to get what you see in the beautiful pictures online.

Great place to buy fresh seafood near Old Town. The staff is very helpful and will help you choose your fish. As you'll find out in the other reviews, they also seem to be famous for their fresh "Uni" (raw sea urchin). I had never tried Uni before but gave it a chance and loved it.

Always my go to choice when in the San Deigo area and beyond. With direct shipping and the best uni in all the land. This shopping experience was fresh Caribbean lobsters (live) at a great piece. 14 at 455.00 usd

I love absolutely love this place. I'm a avid fisherman myself but I don't have any fish in the old fish bad (My deep freezer) I go to Catalina offshore to pick up fresh local fish. This is a fish market I guess you can say. They got tuna Maui Maui sea bass rock cod Salmon etc. They got sushi bar an marinade an seasoning for fish. Go check this place out it has the freshest fish around!!
